Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using SupportHVACRTrade.com (“Site”) or any related mobile apps, online courses, documentation, or services (collectively, “Services”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or purchase training.
- Minors may participate only with verifiable parent or guardian consent and supervision.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.
Courses, Certifications & Digital Products
- Educational Purpose Only. Our content provides technical instruction and is not a substitute for state or federal licensing, OEM training, or professional judgment.
- Completion certificates or “micro-certifications” offered through the Site attest only to course completion; they do not guarantee licensure, job placement, or regulatory compliance.
- We reserve the right to modify course content, availability dates, instructors, or pricing at any time.
Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Taxes may apply.
- Purchases are processed via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). We do not store complete payment-card data.
- Unless stated otherwise, digital products and downloadable files are non-refundable once delivered.
- Live courses may be refunded within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided less than 20 % of the course has been viewed or downloaded. Contact us at oneil@supporthvacrtrade.com to request a refund.
Intellectual-Property Rights
- All content—including text, graphics, videos, simulations, logos, and trade names—is owned by Support HVACR Trade Inc. or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international IP laws.
- You may print or download materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without prior written consent.
User-Generated Content
If you post comments, forum messages, code snippets, or uploads (“User Content”):
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display that content in connection with the Services.
- You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights or contain unlawful material.
- We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove User Content that violates these Terms.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts;
- Interfere with security, integrity, or availability of our servers or networks;
- Upload malware, scrape data, or engage in automated data collection;
- Misrepresent your identity or certifications;
- Use the Services to train, instruct, or facilitate unsafe refrigerant handling contrary to EPA, OSHA, or local regulations.
Third-Party Links & Resources
Our Site may reference third-party manuals (e.g., Carrier, Trane, Mitsubishi) or link to external websites. We do not control or endorse these resources and are not responsible for their content or accuracy.
Technical Training & Safety Disclaimer
HVAC/R work involves electrical hazards, refrigerants (including flammable A2L and R-290 classes), pressurized systems, and other risks. Always:
- Follow OEM service manuals;
- Wear appropriate PPE;
- Comply with EPA Section 608, local building codes, and health-and-safety laws.
Support HVACR Trade Inc. disclaims any liability for injuries, damages, or regulatory penalties arising from the misuse of information provided through the Services.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Support HVACR Trade Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Support HVACR Trade Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas, unless we mutually agree to binding arbitration.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you under § 5 immediately ends.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
