Oneil Fuller
Oneil Fuller is an HVACR educator, licensed contractor in Texas and Georgia, and the founder of Support HVACR Trade Inc. With deep roots in commercial refrigeration, heat pumps, and advanced diagnostics, he brings real-world field experience into every classroom and training program he builds.
As the author of the Tommy & Theo HVAC Adventures children's STEM series, Oneil is on a mission to introduce young students to skilled trade careers through fun, engaging storytelling. His books are designed to spark curiosity about how heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems work — planting seeds for the next generation of HVACR professionals.
Beyond writing, Oneil designs workforce training programs, certification prep courses (EPA 608, NATE), and scalable education systems for schools, nonprofits, and industry partners. His goal: bridge the HVACR skill gap by creating modern, accessible pathways into the trades.
