Yes. As a 501(c)(3) public charity, all donations to Support HVACR Trade Inc. are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donations are processed through Zeffy, which provides a receipt for your records.
Our Impact & Results page tracks live campaign totals — funds raised, students funded, books distributed, and community partners — updated as the campaign progresses.
100% of donation funds go toward acquiring and distributing Tommy & Theo STEM books to students, plus the STEM presentations and hands-on demos delivered during school visits. $25 funds one student's book.

Yes. We welcome in-kind support such as HVACR tools for demos, printing/shipping services, or venue space for events. Contact us to discuss an in-kind partnership.
Fill out the school visit request form. We'll follow up within 3–5 business days to confirm availability. Visits are free to the school when campaign or sponsorship funding is available.
Our core programming is built for ages 7–14 (roughly 2nd–8th grade), with adaptations for after-school programs, summer camps, and community centers.
We actively serve the Houston and Conroe area, with expanding outreach across Montgomery County. Virtual presentations and sponsorship partnerships are available statewide across Texas.
