Support HVACR Trade Inc. is a Texas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that uses STEM books, hands-on activities, and real-world HVACR education to help students ages 7–14 discover skilled trades and future workforce opportunities.
Founded by Oneil Fuller — a Certified Master HVACR Educator and licensed HVACR contractor in Texas and Georgia — Support HVACR Trade Inc. is a Texas 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to closing the skilled trades awareness gap. Through the Tommy & Theo HVACR STEM children's book series, in-school STEM presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and upcoming professional training courses, the organization introduces students, educators, and career-changers to HVACR as a viable, well-paying career path. Support HVACR Trade Inc. is currently running its 400 Students STEM Book Campaign, aiming to place Tommy & Theo books in the hands of 400 students across Texas.
